Her local and international experience includes keynote speaking and senior roles in Customer Service and Operations, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, Leadership Coaching, Training, Organizational Development and Strategic Planning.

Bethel is a Fulbright scholar with an MBA in Finance. She is also the author of a newspaper column “The Games People Play at Work” and of the CD series, “Your Workplace Survival Kit”
