Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Assessment
This assessment provides managers, supervisors and executives with an overall emotional score that which is an integrative score taken from 8 categories. The leader is given information and can develop a road map designed to improve their emotional quotient.
Organizational Vital Signs Assessment (OVS)
The OVS is a measurement of the climate of an organization, giving employers an understanding of trust levels and other key dynamics like execution, teamwork, change and motivation. The results provide employers with insights into opportunities for improvement in the areas of customer service, productivity, retention and future success.
Emotional Intelligence Coaching
Once employees receive a copy of their individual assessments, an individual development plan can be created so that coaching can be used to help the employee to transform their behaviours.
Emotional Intelligence Courses
