Seminar Outline: Most employees are uncomfortable with dealing with conflict. It is often viewed as an unpleasant process that should be avoided. This module helps participants to understand the fundamentals of conflict exploring the stages of conflict and then elucidating the various conflict resolution styles based on the Thomas-Kilmann conflict model. Our focus is on equipping participants with the tools needed to create and manage constructive conflict.
