Seminar Outline: Leaders who come up through the ranks often times are unable to see the big picture. This course helps participants to understand the strategic planning process and how it links into the Vision, Mission Statements and Core values of the company. We review the SWOT and PEST analytical process and we actually work through the initial stages of the planning process.
