Seminar Outline: The effective Communication Skills seminar is an interactive course designed to help participants understand the fundamentals of communication. We review the communication loop, listening skills and the different types of communication: Verbal, Non-Verbal and Paraverbal.

This module is usually combined with an abbreviated Emotional Intelligence module so that participants can learn to be self aware when communicating.
