EQ Coaching Package
The objective of this coaching program is to aid you in developing your interpersonal skills through building your Emotional Intelligence. This coaching package is centered around your results from the Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Assessment. Your EQ strengths and weaknesses are identified and coached, an action plan is created and you will be held accountable to your personal development strategy.
Leadership Coaching Package
This is a coaching and mentoring program designed to help you to identify your performance gaps as a leader and take concrete steps to close the gaps. A model of coaching and mentoring blends training and coaching principles to help you exceed your employer’s and your expectations.
