Terrence is an experienced Research Consultant based in The Bahamas with an accomplished history of research conducted across a variety of sectors and targeting a diverse range of populations.
While his academic training is in health research, having studied at the graduate level in both the United States and Canada, after more than two decades in the health sector, Terry has expanded his research portfolio over the past twenty years to include training needs assessments; organizational culture and performance engagement and other human-resource-related research; project and program evaluations; corporate wellness; and research directed towards strengthening data and information systems.
Terrence brings his expertise in research, analytical skills, qualitative research, and survey design to the team at Organizational Soul, where he is a valued preferred partner, supporting us with survey design, execution, and analysis.
He is internationally recognized for his research skills, trusted by international agencies for his contributions, and continues to serve on advisory committees in the Caribbean and beyond.
Realizing that timely and accurate information is not enough to effect change, Terry’s efforts are now equally directed towards the effective and appropriate use of evidence for policy, program, and organizational development, as it is the production of that evidence.
