Why the Council Exists

Organizations are failing not because leaders don’t know enough but because they are operating within patterns that cannot support the complexity of modern environments.

The Living Systems Council cultivates the capacities required to lead living systems:

How It’s Different from Other Offerings
It’s the gateway, not the journey.

The Living Systems Council is for leaders ready to step into the field of living-systems but are not yet ready for the deep embedding of an Executive Immersion or Residency programme.  Instead of structural change, the Council creates relational and behavioural change, which precedes all structural shifts.
