Inventory

Available until March 31, 2026. Developed by Organizational Soul together with Six Seconds and grounded in Yvette Bethel’s Pillar of Trust theory, the TS® is an “A-level” validated psychometric assessment that identifies your dominant trust style.

Trust Competencies Development Plan

The Trust Competencies Development Plan is an evidence-informed trust capability building system that integrates robust assessment with structured behavioral development.

 

Unlike traditional psychometrics that focus primarily on diagnosis, this model translates trust insights into clear development pathways  over time.

 

Certification equips coaches, consultants, and organizational leaders to assess trust dynamics and implement targeted interventions that strengthen relational performance, leadership effectiveness, and culture.
