Yvette Bethel 

Yvette Bethel leads our survey services with over 40 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research. Her deep expertise spans employee engagement,  HR & Learning assessments and audits, organizational ecosystems and cultural reviews, and external stakeholder research.

 

Yvette is particularly skilled at translating data into strategic insights that 
drive meaningful change in both mission-driven and corporate settings.

Terrence (Terry) Fountain 

Terrence Fountain is a highly respected research consultant based in the Bahamas with a robust track record of delivering impactful research across diverse populations and sectors. 
 

With academic training in health research from graduate programs in the United States and Canada, Terry’s two decades in the health sector laid a strong foundation for his broader work in:

  • Organizational culture & engagement

  • Human resource-focused research 

  • Data systems and statistical infrastructure 


Terry brings a sharp analytical mind, deep expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methods, and a commitment to helping organizations not just collect information but also use it effectively. His contributions are internationally recognized, and he continues to serve on key advisory committees in the Caribbean and beyond. 
 

A longtime leader in organizational development, Terry has also:
